Customers, whether big or small deserve to be treated well and their needs fulfilled and Broadav believes this to be true.  Our customers want friendly helpful service, quick turn around of orders and to be in business with an established local operator.   Many customers are dissatisfied with certain companies who demand unrealistic order quantities and shelf space without giving the customer anything back in return.  Customers in this area also require split cartons to fulfill their orders.  Broadav acknowledges this by dividing most cartons and therefore gaining a larger variety of b
everages on the refrigerator shelves.  

Strong Customer Base
Working and communicating closely and extensively with individual customers either through our vendor system or direct regularly updates our customers on what’s new in the market.  Their requirements, delivery schedules and needs are discussed and we ensure we maintain an excellent and friendly customer service.  Areas on the Darling Downs that Broadav services includes Toowoomba, Allora, Cambooya, Warwick, Withcott, Helidon, Gatton, Crows Nest, Pittsworth, Millmerran, Dalby, Miles, Chinchilla, Oakey, Jandowae and towns in between.  Servicing over 1200-1300 customers each week.
